Don’t let Allergies get the best of you.
I love the warmer months. It signifies longer days and nights that are filled with outdoor dinners. I look forward to grilling outside for dinner. I also love to just go out on the patio with a good book while the kids play outside. There is only one thing that I despise during the spring / summer transition....POLLEN. That 6 letter word can ruin the rest of my night. Leaving me with itchy, red, puffy eyes. After a little trial and error I have found few solutions to help.
1. Wear sunglasses when you are outside to not only keep the sun out of your eyes but to also keep the pollen from blowing into your eyes. 2. Take a warm shower to rinse off any pollen. 3. Get Soothing, hydrating under eye treatments. 4. Use Under eye gel to get rid of puffy eyes. **Tip (I like to keep mine in the fridge.) The rollerball helps create a cooling affect while hydrating and getting rid of under eye puffiness. Don’t let allergy season get the best of you. Say Bye-bye puffy eyes, red eyes, allergy eyes 👀 Go to that festival you have been wanting to attend. Visit your local winery or brewery, sit outside and enjoy the views. Take that leisure walk after dinner. Enjoy your time outdoors.
